Bill Ballard is a funny dude (funny ha-ha, like it amuses me 🙂 ). Aside from his insightful thoughts on recognizing the many affronts to our energentic fields (which can be disheartening when it comes from family or friends or even acquaintances, which can throw you for a loop too) and linear time accelerating by the moment, he makes me laugh when he cracks up at himself.
When you are by yourself and deeply laugh out loud and really hear yourself laughing, it is one of the great joys on earth.
