1. “Ranger’s Powertool” Elk And Teak (Double-sided) 12×5 inches
I have travelled to a few places, always keeping my eye on the drums that people have, and the drums that are available for sale. This drum is quite special, and is suitable for anyone wanting a drum that with presence, that is also portable, and double-sided even! I like playing this one with both sticks and hands. This drum would certainly suffice for anyone at any level. $333 US
2. Yellow Spaceship – 9 x 3 inches
Deer and unknown wood, this cute bowl-shaped drum, actually has much louder volume than one would expect for the size… this would could be a good ‘sweat’ drum or for a drum circle because it hits higher notes that a lot of regular drums do not hit. To to being a well-build snug one-sided drum, it would hold it’s shape longer than other drums in the humidity. All-in-all this drum is a conversation piece, that has nice presence and volume, and keeps it’s shape in all sorts of conditions. The wood is stained yellow. $111 US
3. Shaman Bongo – Elk and unknown wood – 9.5 x 9.5 inches
That thin part of the elk hide makes for nice smaller drums. This double-sided drum, has to playing sides, one side has the sound hole, there is also another sound hole in the wood. This drum is like a bongo, but it ain’t no bongo! It is has lots of style, and it sounds awesome, great for someone who likes more variety in their drums. $333US
4. The Mexican Tribal Fire Drum – 26 x 4 inches
Unknown hide and wood. This drum is huge… I have enjoyed it for a few years, and have appreciated it’s magicalness. Due to it’s large shape, and thin hide, this drum is more finicky than other drums, and keeps it’s shape in hotter drier climates. Here in Canada it would hold it’s shape in the prairies for sure, and other drier places, but when it rains or is more humid, I simply put it by the fire, or a heat source, and it is good to go… when this drum is nice and tight, it plays very very well, and holds it’s own as a masterful instrument in it’s own right and presence. $444US
5. Deer Dream – 7 x 16 inches
This drum is being made from a piece of reclaimed wood from the forest with deer hide. When finished it would be double-sided, and is likely to have some subtle nuances due to it’s slight irregular shape. It is a solid player that is sure to bring year’s of enjoyment, and will sit nicely in one’s house, to add to the decor. $333 US
