There’s been a lot of buzz over the last few weeks about strange sounds being heard in the atmosphere. People around the world and here at home have reported hearing some bizarre noises. The latest were recorded in the Battlefords last weekend.
Ian Hamilton, North Battleford’s mayor, says he can’t explain it. “What I experienced was a scraping sound, like a snowplow.”
Mike Halstead, a North Battleford resident, was lying in bed when his phone rang. Calls and text messages came in from his friends, each reporting strange noises. “That’s when the goose bumps got me and I thought ‘that’s awfully strange’.”
It’s now days after and the city is still abuzz with talk about the sounds. Everyone has his or her own theory. But the phenomenon has stretched beyond North Battleford. Similar experiences were reported in Saskatoon, northern Saskatchewan, and parts of the USA and Europe.
University of Saskatchewan professor Jean-Pierre St. Maurice says there is a natural explanation. “Somehow they are picking up noise from an electrical antenna that is there. That is electromagnetic noise. ”
St. Maurice says its normal and there is nothing to worry about. Whether a scientific explanation will satisfy all the people who heard something they can’t explain is up in the air. The sound of vibrating ground or vibrating the air close to the ground?
I’m not convinced haarp is responsible for those strange sounds heard around the world, and it doesn’t feel like mother earth’s surface is rubbing up against her core (does she even have a core if the earth is hollow???). There are too many people hearing them all over the world that seem credible, therefore I don’t see this is a worldwide conspiracy, rather it is a real phenomena…. Is it coming from mother earth groaning and creaking? Is it another trick of other humans who want to scare and control the masses?

Please research GWEN towers, that are often disguised as cell phone towers that exist in many neighbourhoods. GWEN signals are very low, and they hug the ground… probably would rattle the windows of buildings when cranked up.

Can these sounds be affected by the lead paint in your homes? It is said that lead was removed from paint, not because it was bad for health, but because it prevented signals from penetrating buildings. In Presidential Decision Directive (PDD) NSTC-6 of March 28, 1996, the President designated the Department of Transportation as the “lead agency for all Federal civil GPS matters.” In addition, the President directed the USDOT to “develop and implement U.S. Government augmentations to the basic GPS for transportation applications.”
In January 1997 the USDOT formed an interagency DGPS Executive Steering Group and a DGPS Policy and Implementation Team to investigate the development of a nationwide differential service to comply with Presidential direction. The findings of the Executive Steering Group determined that building upon existing infrastructure and resources – Coast Guard Maritime Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) sites and conversion of existing US Air Force Ground Wave Emergency Network (GWEN) sites – was the most practical method available to adequately fulfill the PDD and meet the user agency operational and technical needs.
Section 346 of Public Law 105-66, dated October 27, 1997, (Attachment A) grants authority to the USDOT to “take receipt of such equipment and sites of the Ground Wave Emergency Network … as … necessary for the establishment of a nationwide system to be known as the ‘Nationwide Differential Global Positioning System .'”

The Ground-Wave Emergency Network (GWEN) is a communications system that the military is in the process of constructing as we speak. It operates in the very-low-frequency (VLF) range, with transmissions between 150 and 175 kHz. This range was selected because its signals travel by means of waves that have a tendency to hug the ground rather than by radiating into the atmosphere. This signal drops off sharply with distance – a single GWEN stations transmits in a 360 circle to a distance of 250 to 300 miles. The entire GWEN system consists of approximately 300 such stations spread across the United States, each with a tower 300-500 feet high. The stations are from 200 to 250 miles apart, so that a signal can go from coast to coast from one station to another. When the system is completed around 1993, the entire civilian population of the United States will be exposed to the GWEN Transmissions.
APPLICATION OF MILITARY FREQUENCY WEAPONRY :
According to a 1982 Air Force review of biotechnology, ELF has a number of potential military uses, including “dealing with terrorist groups, crowd control, controlling breaches of security at military installations, and antipersonnel techniques in tactical warfare.”

Underground, a “ground screen” of copper wire would radiate to 330 feet at regular intervals. Physically unimpressive, the towers are presented to the public by the Air Force as radio towers for “emergency communications.”
Each tower will cost $1.4 million, the entire system a billion dollars. Other systems such as AFSATCOM, Milstar, Green Pine, and Giant Talk are designed to provide nuclear war communications at other electromagnetic frequencies and with the same or other weapons systems. WHAT ARE GWEN TOWERS?
GWEN (Ground Wave Emergency Network) transmitters, placed 200 miles apart across the USA, allow specific frequencies to be tailored to the geomagnetic-field strength in each area, allowing the magnetic field to be altered.They operate in the VLF range, with transmissions between VLF 150 and 175 KHz. They also emit UHF waves of 225 – 400 MHz.
The VLF signals travel by waves that hug the ground rather than radiate into the atmosphere. A GWEN station transmits up to a 300-mile radius, the signal dropping off sharply over distance. The entire GWEN system consists of, (depending on source of data), from 58 to an intended 300 transmitters, spread across the USA, each with a tower 299-500 ft high.
Three hundred (300) ft. of copper wire fans out in a spoke like fashion from the base of the underground system, interacting with the earth like a thin shelled conductor, radiating radio wave energy for very long distances through the ground. The USA bathes in this magnetic field which rises to 500 ft, even going down to basements, so everyone is subject to mind control.

You continually ponder upon “prayer” for yes, it is indeed important that you petition and it is most significant HOW you present your petition. Let us first understand the meaning of “prayer”. A prayer is truly a “wish”; a wishful call upon the spirit of the human being himself, the Creation part in the Creation collective, meaning “grant me this or that…”. Those who are conscious of the force, the knowledge, and the ability of their spirit, no longer resort to such prayers because they already live in the knowledge that the power and might of their spirit is capable of anything. For that reason, they determine constantly, the might of their spirit. The unspiritualized one, being unaware, is unable, and thus seeks to activate his spirit by conscious prayer. Further explained, this means that the spiritualized human is always using the forces and abilities of his spirit, and quite consciously, while the unspiritualized one expresses only wishes in prayer, and those to an exterior power/force, usually personified, when the source is within through his personal contact with The Creation itself.
A most beauteous prayer was established by Jmmanuel and has not been improved upon through the generations, so let us consider it carefully:
My spirit Almighty: My spirit who is all-knowing, almighty, and all loving in me.
Your presence be sanctified: Your presence confirms to me your controlling power over all matters concerning myself.

The sounds that I heard in the clearing near the Star Center in Switzerland that sounded like sonar were closer to this recording from Manitoba than the beam ship recording from the meier case.

What I heard in the clearing in the forest a couple of miles from the Meier Star Center in Switzerland during a sky watch at night a year and a half ago was similar to this, though not identical. It sounded more like sonar.
These recordings of what people are hearing sound a lot like cloaked ships to me.
