I’ve submitted the following article to the UFOdigest, which may or may not print it.
There appears to be some confusion about the intentions of the ETs currently visiting the planet, whether they are communicating with us, and so on. There is no need for it. Beings who have the ability to travel across the known universe also have the ability to communicate with us and in fact regularly do through telephathic channels.
Perhaps the best regular communication from ET sources, in my view, is Michael Quinsey’s SaLuSa from Sirius, to be found at http://www.treeofthegoldenlight.com/First_Contact/Channeled_Messages_by_Mike_Quinsey.htm . SaLuSa communicates three times a week on behalf of the Galactic Federation. Reading his messages alone will benefit many readers.
A second excellent source is a terrestrial who works with galactics: Matthew Ward whose messages can be read at http://www.matthewbooks.com/mattsmessage.htm. Matthew often features galactics in his messages, such as Hatonn or Horiss. There is a search engine on his page that allows one to go to these messages quickly.
What are the galactics doing here? They are here to help with the planetary shift expected on Dec. 21, 2012. Their help consists primarily of two things. On the one hand, they are here to end the rule of the planetary controllers known by many names: the Illuminati, New World Order, military-industrial complex, shadow state, call them by whatever name you wish.
These longtime rulers of Planet Earth had an agenda of depopulation which would have seen the population of Earth brought down from 7 billion to 500 million and the remainder who survived enslaved. This agenda is enshrined on the Georgia Guidestones for all to see.
They planned to bring the population down by means of pandemics, toxic vaccines, chemtrails, HAARP-induced weather warfare (earthquakes, volcanoes, etc.), false-flag operations like 9/11 and the London bombings, martial law, FEMA camps, financial warfare, nuclear war, and a range of other scenarios. They built deep underground military bunkers to provide them with shelter during planned warfare. That wars have not broken out is due primarily to the galactics.
You’ve heard the Hastings Panel say that ETs prevent nuclear devices being exploded on the planet. Indeed they do. They have prevented nuclear bombs being exploded on numerous occasions, the last one being last year when a missile was fired from California. You’ll find articles on my website, The 2012 Scenario, detailing their efforts to shut down nuclear capabilities.
You can see that regimes are falling in North Africa. They are falling because the light quotients are rising on the planet, due in large part to the efforts of the ETs. People are beginning to feel sufficiently empowered to defeat the despotic regimes. All dictatorial governments are destined to fall on the planet in preparation for the shift in 2012.
You may also be aware that there are few and perhaps no reports of negative aliens around the planet. The beneficent ETs from Sirius, Andromeda, the Pleiades, Arcturus and similar regions have placed the Earth under their protection and the Greys and Reptilians (those that are malevolent among them, that is; not all Greys and Reptilians are malevolent) cannot now approach the Earth.
On the other hand, the ETs are here to prepare us for the shift in 2012. At some early future date, once the regimes have fallen, they will disclose their presence, probably at the invitation of President Obama. After that they will begin to make direct contact with us in concert with our governments.
At that time, they will introduce a new financial arrangememnt known to many as NESARA (National Economic and Social Reformation Act) and to others as the wisdom economy and the abundance program. This program will see the end of poverty and want on the planet. There are many ET communications on my site about this work of theirs.
They will give us new technology that will allow us to tap “free energy” which the elite already has but which they have refused to allow to be distributed. They will introduce healing technologies that will eventually become our medical mainstay. They will show us how to alter our construction, food-producing and transportation practices.
They will end war on the planet. Weapons will no longer operate. Peace will be declared around the globe. Armies will more or less disband.
The light energies continue to rise on the planet and will be the means, in the end, of the planetary shift expected on or before Dec. 21, 2012. Readers may be aware that their own moods have risen in the last while. This is one way that this increase in light energies can be experienced.
One has only to consult the messages of SaLuSa or Matthew, in my opinion the best of the channeled communications of or relating to ETs, to know the ETs’ full agenda. It is a Divine Plan and theirs is a divine mission. The ETs serve the same God we worship. They will educate us on spiritual matters as well.
The ETs follow universal law. They do not interfere with our freewill except where our actions promise to harm the planet, such as with nuclear weapons. Nuclear devices cause interdimensional damage and have been interdicted on the planet for some years, despite the elite’s pretence that they can be exploded.
The ETs do not want to scare us with their presence. Therefore they remain mostly cloaked from view but show themselves on occasion to gently remove our ignorance of their existence.
The Mayan Calendar, which was probably given to the Mayans by ETs, describes the events we can expect.
So there is no reason not to know what will be coming, why the ETs are here, etc. The ETs have themselves been quite willing to share that knowledge. The global elite have ridiculed those who believe in the ET presence and embargoed knowledge of UFOs and galactics. But the grip of the elite on the planet is fast being eroded, as we can see in North Africa.
There will be no Armageddon or other planetary catastrophes in our future. The ET presence is here to see to that. If people realized the full extent of what I have called “The 2012 Scenario,” there would be widespread jubilation. People can relax about our future because the ET presence guarantees that it will be fulfilling.

March 6, 2011, by the way, has been designated World Freedom Day to permit the population of the world to turn out peacefully in their town and city squares to celebrate the progress of the end of the global elites and the dawn of a new age of the people’s empowerment on Planet Earth.

Very wonderful thread going on here, you’ve all given my mind something to chew on lol. Most of it are things I’ve said to others, or thought to myself, but having it all out there like this really makes you think.
I am grateful to share this planet with other caring Lightworkers, I feel finally that I am not alone, there are others out there who think as I do… I grew up thinking I was freakish.
One thing I may add though is the effect the Solar Logos is going to have on society, a shift for the ages which should not be discounted as a major force for change in the human psyche. I did some more research after I read Dieters latest blog about the suns’ flares and between what science is telling us and the works of Alice Bailey anent the Solar Fire and kundalini, we will be changing, at this point it is a matter of degree.
What ever happens from here, I am just so happy to be a part of Life and have a front row seat.

I’ve recently been initiated into the Wiccan tradition and as part of my energy work, I find that I have a hard time coming up with ideas for which to practice my abilities.
The only thing that I want, and the only thing I think is worth having, is world peace and collective enlightenment. I have no use for any personal benefits – I already know I have “it all”. However I think you are right – it is not my place to instantly manifest for the masses, but I’m curious as to what your take is on my current energy practices.
I do meditations where I ground negative energy over my city, and open up a vortex of light to come through. I guess that I see it as just making that energy available to whomever is willing to accept it. The basic tenet of my religion is to never, ever bend another person’s will. I think I may have just answered my own question, but I would be curious to have some perspective if you are willing to provide it.
Humor me (as I see that I am speaking at a level below you). With the permission you laid out, I will work to go beyond limitation and toward instant manifestation. 🙂

Hey Jeannine.
You want world peace, be peace. Know that peace already exists in the world. It is most certainly available for anyone who wants it. By you being at peace, you’re making it even more available to others energetically and outwardly you’re showing them what it looks like so that when it happens to them, they’ll actually recognize it.
Same thing with enlightenment. Ask the universe (or whatever you wanna call it) for your own enlightenment and watch for it’s arrival. And know that everything you know in your mind and heart goes out into the collective conscious making it more obviously available to anyone who chooses it.
I often send healing energy to people. I have what I call “background intents” about such things and when I send healing energy it’s for their highest good, if they so choose. It’s amazing though how many people jump my $#!+ because I say I send healing energy without asking for their conscious permission, “You can’t violate someone’s free will!” But it’s said in such a way that I “should” not. I say you CAN’T as in you are NOT ABLE to violate someone’s free will. That’s why it’s free will. You can say whatever you want to them, you can send energy to them but, by God, if they don’t want anything to do with it, you can bet they won’t. It’s not as if I can force such a thing on them. I mean really.
You wanna help the world? Well, I put an awful lot of emphasis on healing. The place that you really have much of anything resembling control over is your own healing. You can help others, but can’t do their work for them and it’s not serving either of you to attach to what’s their bidness. That just tends to put more energy towards their drama and dysfunction than actually helping them. Don’t get me wrong, speak your truth to them, but don’t attach to what they do with it.
I’ve not been a particularly fearful person in this lifetime and I’ve not had extremely traumatic experiences to deal with like I know many have. And yet, I have been healing, clearing and releasing for the better part of 15 years and this last year I was one of the front-line lightworkers forging ahead with a major big push at this whole ascension gig. I know I felt I’d hammered out much in over a decade of very dedicated healing and yet this last year was almost unbelievable. Nothing quite like having your external existence denied (by circumstances) to drive you inward. I read something from Karen Bishop that really rang with me and I thought “Did I read what I just read?” I read it again and she didn’t directly say this but what I got out of it was that we had our free will suspended. Indeed. Kinda like someone checking themselves into rehab – it’s your free will choice to do so but once you’re in then your choices are limited and you’re not allowed to leave until you achieve what you checked in to do.
My point to all this personal experience story? About the time you think you’re “done” think again. You have it all already? If you really did you wouldn’t be sweating dreaming up ways to help. Just let it flow to you. You’ll know it when you see it.
You want to help? Put it out there – that’s your intention. Then watch to see what’s presented to you to do. I literally asked to be in the front-line lightworkers. It was probably determined before I came into this lifetime and yet I even asked for it consciously. Well, “Thy will be mine” kinda gets taken seriously. So, my experiences this past year were delivered. I didn’t know exactly what being a front-line lightworker entailed, but I have a better idea of that now! lol Yow.
Your meditations and intentions you mention are fine. You’re obviously coming from a place of love. Keep it up. And, along those lines, love is also the absence of fear. In your own healing, let all the fear surface. Don’t stuff it, don’t put it off. Feel it. Name it as accurately as you can. If the best you can do is “this feeling” then so be it, but when you can be more specific, do so. Then release it.
And you’re not speaking a level below me. lol We’re just conversing. Enough of this and I might just eventually have to admit how you’ve served me. 😉

I wanted to post my comments concerning your youtube titled “2011, Extraterrestrials, New Financial System, and Free Energy” and could find no way to do so other than by registering through youtube which I don’t choose to do. I see that Steve’s topic here affords me an opportunity to express that here and still be on-topic.
For Steve’s comments, I would guess by some things he’s said he does not mean this, but sometimes his wording expresses that the ETs are actually doing some of these things and yet it would be more accurate to say that they are advising / guiding / informing for the most part and allow us to actually take the action. I would agree that they do keep nuclear weapons from flying around but don’t interfere otherwise. They just present (through a variety of ways) information that is useful for us if we choose to utilize it and put it into action ourselves. I know Steve expressed that himself here and yet at times his word choice maybe indicated otherwise.
First off, Dieter, on your “2011, Extraterrestrials, New Financial System, and Free Energy” youtube, I love and appreciate your energy and your insight.
Here are my own insights on these topics:
On the topic of ET or star-brother disclosure…
My feel on this is that the governments will not fess up to what they know and that the star-brothers will not show themselves in a big, in-yer-face, collective, ABSOLUTE kind of way. Why? Well, for the governments, it’s just not in their nature, for the most part. Those for whom it is in their nature will do so and people either believe it or they don’t. For the star-brothers, I think they view it as interference, like the Prime Directive in Star Trek. Now, would I be at all disappointed if I’m wrong? Nope. But I see this ET / Star-brother thing as being very much like spirituality in that it is very personal. You could bring an ET to your neighbor’s door and have them shake hands and that would be no “proof” to someone who doesn’t believe in such, no more so than any spiritual knowings you may have would be if that doesn’t jive with their belief system.
I feel that the Disclosure Project is asking liars to now tell the truth. It’s also asking non-believers to believe something that they’ve been conditioned to not believe for so long that it just won’t matter. Shades of the movie Erik the Red come to mind – the Vikings saw what they believed and the Catholic monk saw what he believed. So… some may very well experience ET ships landing on the White House lawn when it doesn’t happen for the next person. Perhaps it will happen in 5D and not in 3D. So it’s a person’s reality depending on their own destination.
Many times down through history, a lie has been perpetrated for so long that when the truth is finally revealed, even by those that originally started the lie, it is still not believed because it requires a paradigm shift which is really a very personal revelation that, judging by most human experience I’ve observed, needs to happen in a personal way in the right time for that individual.
Over the years I’ve known many people who keep wanting the “proof” (define proof), wanting some outside “authority’s” admission, want to see the lights in the sky for themselves. I’ve never pursued much of that because I KNOW (not believe, as that implies a certain amount of doubt) in my heart of hearts that we are absolutely not alone in this grand existence. It’s kind of a big duh to me. So, I don’t care to sit outside for hours in a likely spot and wait for the lights to appear. I’d rather hear from our star-brothers through channelers like Barbara Marciniak and others who help to bring their messages to us. And what do our star-brothers tell us about? Us. They don’t say all that much about themselves, only if it then again applies to us and our experience and purpose or understanding that is necessary for us right now. Which is appropriate because we are doing no little thing here presently.
If an individual is supposed to see other beings, for their own purposes, they will. If it’s more important for them to just know it for themselves, without outward “evidence” then that is what is both testing and confirming their faith. Faith in themselves. So, to everyone, if you want contact or confirmation then just ask for it and then pay attention because it may come in unexpected ways. But don’t attach or invest in other people receiving that same contact or confirmation. Not your concern. You can lead them to water but don’t attach or invest in them actually drinking it. It may be that very detachment itself that actually lends to the other’s awakening… if that’s what is meant to be and / or chosen by them.

On a new financial system…
Yes, there are absolutely things happening. I’ve been privileged to be steered to a line of information over the last year + that has given me an edjamacation on how money has been used in the past (I knew things in general on this but specifics have been brought to me now) and how things are changing. Much of it is kept behind the scenes, well, as much as possible in an information age, and yet even with all the information available, the elite will use disinformation to steer the conditioned masses away from believing that this can and is happening.
And I’ll tell you right now, the global elite are part of making it happen. They have different motives (the usual for them – power and greed) but nonetheless they are actually assisting in making this happen. And yet, that will also be one more thing that exposes their true agenda. Win-win for us. We will get a chance to get our feet back under us and yet will also have “them” exposed to us so we can truly create a new system that actually works… for everyone. There will be an equalizing of world currencies and perhaps a global currency. We keep hearing of unity consciousness. Kryon has spoken of how the European Union was actually designed to get Europe past this “mine” and “yours” thing and shifting borders and wars, etc. and to work in unity. Now, the global elite are moving towards their version of the New World Order and yet they are being used to implement a new unity. Have you ever realized how you yourself have been used for Divine purposes? You may not have known it in the moment and yet after the experience has passed, you know that yep, you were used for a much higher purpose. You can bet the Global Elite are being used to actually bring unity to this world. One route is by breaking down borders, setting up larger regional “nations” and creating a common currency. Yeah, yeah, I know, this concept kinda ruffled my own “those nasty global elite and their NWO agenda” beliefs also but, like I’m saying, there is a higher plan here and the global elite are not immune from that themselves. They are also bringing unity just because they have gotten so completely carried away into extremes of their control agenda. Many people have gotten wise to their divide and conquer tactics and have had enough of hating on their neighbors just because the govt and media and perhaps even parents and teachers insisted on it. The evidence shows up in the Middle East as Christians and Muslims are supporting each other. And there used to be divisions even within those larger categories. Again, the Middle East shows us how different Muslim sects that used to war over hair splitting are now working together for common goals.
And… just as there are lightworkers in every other walk of life, you can bet that lightworkers are also in banking and government and corporations, etc. and they rub elbows with those who don’t have our best interests in mind and yet the lightworkers exert an influence. It’s my understanding that there were people in positions that could have prevented the worst part of this economic collapse but they chose instead to give the banksters enough rope to hang themselves. If they would have stopped the banksters on this, they may have won the battle, but not the war and would have to fight that same battle in some other way. We keep seeing the elite breaking laws, both legal and moral / ethical, over and over and yet justice is not served. In order for this war to be won, once and for all, the masses have to awaken. The only way that the most sleepy would awaken was if and when it hit home for them, hit them where they live (very literally with the foreclosure experience), on a very personal level, with enough severity and intensity that they could no longer deny it.
And we are watching that unfold. The masses are awakening. Hallelujah! This lightworker’s dream finally manifesting.

Free energy…
I want to put a thought, a potential, a dream, an inspiration in your minds and hearts. It’s the concept of Instant Manifestation. When I say this, I’m not talking about it in the way that many do, like you wish for something and walk around the corner and there it is, through synchronicity. I’m talking about you have an apple in your hand because you willed it into existence and not because you just happen to be sitting under an apple tree when the apples are ripe and it dropped into your hand.
It’s absolutely a real potential and one that is not far off. We just need to get past the concept of limitation. I myself have every intention of striving for instant manifestation. I’m told by my Divine Self that things will shift for me very soon and that personal shift is very closely tied in to a collective shift and shortly on the heels of that shift will come instant manifestation, well, for me at least. I know that the masses may not get there as soon as folks like myself who absolutely KNOW that such is possible but even to them I would say this – just because some new thing comes along that is SO much better than how things have been, don’t get too attached to it. We are already seeing so much change happening so very quickly and expect that to continue. See each step as just that, a step, another rung on the ladder. Enjoy each step and appreciate it for as long as is appropriate, but when you are urged on to the next step, detach from the present one and move on up. Like you say Dieter, “Go with the flow.” Let it carry you.
Someone I know had told a story of how before the 4 minute mile was broken, many said it could not be done. Then someone did it. Then very soon, many others were also breaking the 4 minute mile. That first person demonstrated that yes indeed it could be done and then effectively “gave permission” to everyone else to do just the same. So, to any and all of you who can embrace this Instant Manifestation idea and to actually KNOW it is a very real and reachable potential and are willing to strive for it, please do. Work towards it. Allow it to be your reality so that you set the example and give permission to others to also do so. Like Marianne Williamson said, don’t “play small.” Don’t be scared to jump out ahead so that you can effectively pull others along to their own potential. And yet… yes, allow for people to go through whatever baby steps they may need to. If you can leap frog right over those steps then fine. If others still need to see the manifestation and use of “outer technology” in it’s various steps before they can say, “I don’t need those gadgets, I can do that myself.” then so be it. But if you are able, set the example of the ultimate in FREE energy which is the ability to instantly manifest anything and everything.
I’m told that the first thing we will be able to instantly manifest will have to do with our own being. You want perfect health? A certain body shape? Your hair to grow back? Your teeth to be perfect? Your vision to be perfect? Whatever. That is what you will be able to work with initially. Then you will be able to affect things around you, mostly in your own life first. Perhaps rather than putting up some antenna in your yard to draw on the natural energy of the earth, you will just have it the way you want it. Perhaps the current infrastructure will collapse and you no longer have natural gas delivered to your home to run your gas fireplace. But you manifest the gas to fuel the fireplace. Viola! Perhaps that’s still a baby step. Perhaps the next step will be to just have the space around you be 72 degrees F. Perfect. No matter where you go, you have your optimum temperature at all times. I’m just throwing out some examples that will hopefully get your own gears a-turnin’.
You won’t be able to instantly manifest for the masses and it’s not your place to do so because there is still the “collective agreement.” You’ll have an effect on the collective, but initially it will be only by example. You may or may not be able to manifest for others as it’s not your place to do so. If you influence enough others to do what you are doing for yourself then eventually it will become the collective agreement.
If you all know yourselves to be Wayshowers, then by all means, show the way. Know no limit. If you can dream it, be it. It may take some persistence but you’re quite used to that by now. Lead on, lead on.
