The above photo is of a field of typical DIPOLAR phased array HAARP radio-wave-emitting antennae.

The west-of-Saskatoon field of antennae could be a form of a dipolar phased array of HAARP with the wire used as the dipolar-horizontal antennae.

The folks in this area reported that this field of antennae was a project related to WEATHER being run allegedly by the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, SK campus and it is a very HUSH HUSH project with big signs around the compound indicating security measures are in place.

I think, since I live around 35 miles north of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, this is indeed a mini-HAARP project, with likely more of the same with a few UNDERGROUND as described by the U.S. whistleblower featured above, DUTCHSINSE,—found throughout Saskatchewan, which are being used to MODIFY local weather patterns.
