This is exactly what we are living now….the shifting of wealth to few individuals who have very little intention to share this wealth, instead they use it to accumulate more wealth.

Denial of the dangers of vaccines, denial of the crimes of humanity of your governments, denial of use of 1000′s of chemicals willfully sprayed into the air, dumped into the water, flushed down the toilet, used by satanic industries…yeah we know who those industries are….all we need to do is to stroll down any store isle in any big box store…..you want to see denial…go there and watch the sick and the cancerous shop for their death products….

This is the water that I’m using to crystallize my body so that I can adapt to the powerful Light frequencies bathing our planet at this time.

I take distilled water and I add about 1/8 tsp. Himalayan salt crystals which have over 80 elements from the periodic table, and I add them to one litre of water held in a crystal glass container with lid. I dissolve the crystals in the water. I place one pink quartz crystal inside.

The human body is designed to function at its best from a position of love, a position of peace and harmony. Stress levels increase the blood pressure; create stress upon the heart, the immune system, and all bodily systems. For optimum well being, the body remains in a state of peace and harmony. Deep breathing can bring your more into this level of well being. Deep breathing releases tension, and stress upon the body. The conditions you are going through are great times for bringing out the best in people. There is an inherent something about many of you that responds to the needs of others, particularly when drastic action is required. The further you are pushed the greater is the compassion and desire to help each other. The recent years have been a make or break period, as the Light and dark have struggled to exert themselves. Outwardly the dark see their plan of enslaving the people of Earth appearing to work, but on another level the Light has been growing in intensity. The Light has now won the battle, and it only remains for it to manifest more fully to complete this cycle successfully.
